Meet at Wellesley College Greenhouses. Rte. 16 W from Wellesley Ctr. to campus entr., R into campus, R to East Campus/Science Center & pkg. lot. Rain cancels. Info: hike.rwinters.com. The walk will commence at the Wellesley College Greenhouses, then proceed around Lake Waban, over to the Sudbury Aqueduct and the Waban Arches, and along brooks and aqueducts back through the town and the Wellesley College campus. The hike should last until perhaps 2:30pm with a lunch stop at the Waban Arches. A longer option (via Elm Bank) or an alternate route (to Sabrina Lake) is possible, but only if everyone agrees.

This is a map of the proposed walk (superimposed on a portion of the Wellesley Trails map), starting and ending at the Greenhouses/Gray Lot and shown in pink. As you can see, there are plenty of good Wellesley Trails from which to choose.
