Forest baths are gentle walks that support well-being through sensory immersion in forests and other naturally healing environments - the perfect antidote for today's modern fast-paced life and our increasingly "over stimulated" culture tethered to technology. With a background in literature and history, Lisa Mediano is fascinated with the works of the Transcendentalists, Naturalists and Aesthetics throughout history, who have wisely recognized the physical, mental and spiritual benefits of being in Nature.
